Student-get-student Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.Only student who has registered and is currently studying in UNITAR and fall in the category of an ACTIVE STUDENT is eligible to participate in SGS.
Student MUST FIRST register to become a member of SGS with the Corporate Marketing Department before being allowed to introduce any
potential student.Student is required to fill in the SGS application form that can be obtained from the Corporate Marketing Department, and to return the completed
form to the Marketing personnel for processing. UNITAR reserves the sole right to accept or reject any applications made by student who did not
register first with UNITAR.Student who is successful in their application will be notified either through e-mail or telephone within SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS from the
submission date of application. Student MUST collect a copy of the signed and approved application form from the Corporate Marketing
Department.During Registration Day, STUDENTS are not allowed to register as SGS members on ad hoc basis.The SGS programme is limited to the registration of student at Pintar Campus Kelana Jaya and Universiti Tun Abdul Razak Kuala Lumpur Campus.
PAYMENT TERMS.A member of SGS is entitled for incentives as detail below for every successful recruited student(s).A member of SGS will receive the payment stated in item 3.1 AFTER the full payment of One-Time Registration Fee and Annual Fee is made by the
potential student.A member of SGS will be issued a cheque for the incentives payment. The cheque will be issued based on the name on stated in the application
form.UNITAR reserves the right to conduct promotions/campaigns for the benefits of the STUDENTS. Such promotions/campaign will be communicated
to the STUDENT via email and is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the said promotions/campaigns.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION.The University reserves the right to suspend with immediate effect the payment/membership/participation IF:The student is NOT a registered member of SGS.The SGS member is found committing any form of misrepresentation in the submission of the potential student application.There is an element of fraud, wrongdoing or false information provided by the SGS member and/or the potential student.The student shall not have any authority whatsoever, whether express or otherwise, to make any offer of a place to any potential student or students or to suggest to the potential student or students that UNITAR will offer a place to the student. For the avoidance of doubt, the STUDENT
shall have no authority whatsoever to enter into any agreement or promise which may bind UNITAR.UNITAR is under no obligation to make any offers to applications referred to it by the STUDENT and shall be entitled to reject any or all of the
applications submitted by the STUDENT.
